Description

Agricultural mulch is used for weed control, inhibition of water vaporization, and also for heat conservation. Bio-Mulch is agricultural mulch made of biodegradable material. After a specific period of time, which can be controlled, it can be completely degraded by various soil microorganisms. Unlike plastic mulch made of synthetic resins that has to be recovered and disposed of properly after use, Bio-Mulch can be left in the soil, once the growing season is over.
That is, Bio-Mulch causes no detrimental environment pollution. Moreover, a secondary metabolite of bacterial origin is coated on the surface of Bio-Mulch, which causes an indirect antibiosis.
When used as part of a complete crop management program, Bio-Mulch will be an excellent addition to maximize the production yield.
